Alison Ann Sweeney has been an American actor from 1993. She hosts reality TV programs and acts as a producer. Sweeney has become best-known as the character Samantha Sami Brady from the NBC soap Opera Days of Our Lives. The role was played by her under a contract between January 6, 1993 until October 30th, 2014. In 1999, Sweeney was able to decide she had had enough. She quit fads including wine and cabbage soup diet. She took healthier steps like abstaining from alcohol and sugary drinks, as well as starting boot-camp gym classes. And the result?
